When will my order ship?
All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends and holidays. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12pm PST. We do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. Cali1850 is not responsible for delays due to local disruption.

Cali1850 accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, Google pay and Paypal.
What is your return policy?
Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we will process your return and issue you a refund. You will receive a confirmation email. Refunds may take several business days depend on your credit card account.
What happen if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
Due to a system limitation, we cannot make edit or add a discount code once the order has been placed. We suggest to cancel the order and placed again with the discount code applied. Please reach out to our customer service team about this at info@cali1850.com

We always want to make sure our customers receives the perfect fit. If you have any questions about sizing, please see our Size Guide for general information. What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

At this moment, we cannot accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.


What if I receive a damaged item?

We hope this does not happen to your package and it doesn't happen often, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. Please contact customer service once your receive the package so we can help resolve this soon!
